The Healthy Lifestyle: the solution to almost all your problems. Well, that’s what it seems like and it sort-of is. The thing about living a healthy lifestyle is that it will not only prevent illnesses and maybe even cure some; it will also make you feel a thousand times better in your day to day life.

The most common reasons that people don’t live a healthy lifestyle is that it is seen as expensive, difficult and inconvenient.

Buy a water bottle

Drinking enough water is one of if not THE most important steps to living a healthy lifestyle. And it’s easy! Professionals recommend 2 litres of water per day – that’s eight 250ml glasses. The best way to make sure you’re drinking enough water is to use a water bottle, we recommend a bottle that holds 1 litre of water. This way, you can keep track of how much you’re drinking by counting the bottles – aim for 2 full bottles or more per day! Plus, reusable water bottles are much better than plastic bottles.

Prepare your meals in advance

Meal prepping is an easy way to make sure you stick to clean and healthy food (most of the time) and saves you loads of time throughout the day. Put aside a few hours 2 days a week to prepare your lunch and dinner for the week! Many foods can be made in bulk like pasta and rice – separate your food into equal portions and there you go! You’ll definitely save money doing this, which is always a plus!

Use your legs!

Try to get into the habit of walking more – use the stairs, don’t drive short distances, take 30

minutes every evening to take a stroll and listen to a podcast. Upping your steps will make you feel great and that added activity will bring you closer to your goal of being healthy.
